Poor and below standard electronic product. The new electronic Oven delivered at my home did not work. After 3 weeks of reporting the issue to Panasonic support, another faulty product was delivered. As a buyer, you need to test entire functionality of the Panasonic product at Panasonic Brand shop/ dealer shop. Once product is delivered and any issue arises, you would become the "Bechara Customer" who is being ridiculed by Panasonics "Customer care, Service center, Dealer" Nexus.
My suggestion : Never buy Panasonic products.
