Worst and waste products from Panasonic. Please never buy this one. This oven is having only 1-year warranty. After 15 months now its useless scrap, to repair it needs 8000rupees. Service center person is saying that need to change it’s IC and display. I bought it for about 14000. I have contacted panasonic customer care, area sales manager: Ligin Jose(Irinjalakuda 99473 53856), Branch area manager: Lijo(Irinjalakuda99473 53856), Head manager: Dhinesh(Kochi: 81291 66229) their response was very bad and irritating. When I asked them why your technician didn’t mention anything about warranty extension while installation then his reply was like this " customer will think wrong when this product gets damage after one year". Now I think that whether this issue is pre-set during manufacture.
Please its a request never go for Panasonic.
