I was planning to buy a phone with USB OTG/ wi-fi/ and ips panel. preferably Samsung Grand quattro. I gone to the outlet in Thrissur named Emirates Mobile shop, in Kuruppam Road, Thrissur. I asked him about the phone but fell trapped in the brand name of Panasonic. He assured it will function as the quattro and the service is far superior than Samsung.
I was bluffed horribly by him. From the first day itself, The phone was gone. It was not charging at all.I contacted shop owner in which he asked to bring the phone and taken into his custody. asked me to come next day and assured that he will look into the matter.
Day started to next day, next day and day after next day. Finally my friend in Law enforcement helped me and got a replacement after 1 week. The notorious days started to begin. Phone was keeping me problems after another. three days ago it properly crashed and I taken into their customer care center named X-Cell where non-trained self proclaimed chinese phone repairers are sitting.
They asked 1 day to check and was not giving any case id to take up with panasonic customer care. after 2 days I obtained it and contacted an executive named AMIT who thinks he was speaking English and asked to contact another dumbA$ named vijesh on 952698XXXX . When he contacted him he asked who are to call me? you should not call me and I am not going to help you. I again contacted panasonic customer care and taken the matter but in vein.
My simple advice to those who are going behind the Brand name and this phone.=You will Suffer.=
Update:- After giving the handset for 22 days, when I call callcentre, They just says "It is under processing". Kudos to Panasonic, Keep it UP.
