are some of the words which comes to mind when I think about Panasonic customer service. Within 6 months of purchase the handset developed issues which were beyond the control of service station. handset sent to factory, returned but when checked at service station itself( a wise decision on my part) problems remained unsolved.
They kept the phone for more than two months and finally gave me the certificate that it cant be repaired so it can be exchanged with a new handset from the dealer I bought it from as if I am dying to lay my hands on another Panasonic phone.
Thankfully I have purchased it from amazon so they refunded the entire amount no question asked and I bought another company handset.
My advice, please dont touch Panasonic phones even with a barge poles as they might land it in your hands somehow.
