Very poor service

My uncle bought a panasonic refrigerator in 2020, whose a part of door was damaged. So they complained about the same. Then your executive came and took the part by conforming that it will be replaced within 7 days. It’s already been 2 years, when ever I call them they are ready with their excuses. Mr. Subrata Dasgupta repeatedly lied to me. I need an early action about this. I’m using a LED TV, AC and a refrigerator. That kind of service is not expected from your side. My bill is attached for your reference and the photos of my damaged part and a original condition picture of refrigerator is also attached. If you don’t look into this matter I will have to complain in consumer forum.
