Purchased Panasonic music system model number VK480 from Raj Electronics, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi near about month of December 2009 after paying 12, 500 rupees.
From the start, I am facing the problem with this music system repetitively. I am facing the same problem (e.g. CD box gets locked and does not work. It only shows “CHGR ERR”). First time, we have faced this issue just after 1-2 months of purchase. Panasonic engineer has come at home and repair it and told that now, this problem will never come again. But, after 3-4 months same issue has occurred and Panasonic engineer has come at home and correct it.
As I have mentioned earlier that this problem, I am facing in a repetitive manner. So, it has come 3rd and 4th time also within one year of purchase. 3rd issue has come in the month of August, 2010 and service person has taken the system to service center at sector-10, noida and after correction, engineer has promised that now, we will never face this issue. But, again we have got the same issue in the month of November, 2010. After, repetitive complaint to the service station engineer has visited and again taken the system to the service station. Most of the time, we are not able to use this system. We have spent one year with this product only with this hope and with the words of Panasonic engineer that it will get corrected and we will be able to use it properly.
For us, there is no use of this system as, it never works properly. Either this product is defective or it has been made on the wrong concept of technology so that, it gives the problem every time. Now, we have really got frustrated with this product. Panasonic has completely cheated us with this defective product.
