I purchased Panasonic 1.5 ton ac from Croma Jubilee hills Hyderabad
From the first it’s not working after installation i asked the technician why it’s not working he did his duty is only for installation
I complain regarding this the 4 day technician came he filled gas it was working for one hour again same issue then the same day i raise again the issue
Again 3 Rd day technician came and he said sir something got inside damage which we cannot repair and he left after this no one one came again I raise my
Complain with croma also I said same thing after 4th day again technician came and he said we need to take your AC unit and when it repair and we need to get it back then I said it is new why should be repair please replace it then he took it for the replacing and after 20 days also no answer this is headache Panasonic people don’t lift the call they don’t answer
