I purchased this Panasonic Split ac early last year and it didn’t work as promised.
Firstly, it’s cooling capacity was pretty slow and took longer to cool the air in summer months.
It did produce some noise while cooling but that’s not much annoying.
It was really quite heavy, durable and the dealer didn’t send any mechanic to install and I needed the help of my neighbour to install it.
Panasonic support was not up to the mark as they failed to offer me any permanent solution to improve it’s cooling capacity.
I finally sold it for almost half the price as it didn’t have any real value for money.
