Hello there.! I have bought this product about 6-7 months ago from a retailer. It was working well all these days but suddenly it started troubling me.
I am a bachelor and cook every day on this before going to college as it cooks the rice pretty fast and I bought this item for that only reason but it disappointed me alot.
The problem is that as it is an automated cooker it should switch off as soon as the food cooks completely but its switching off before the rice cooks completely, its making the rice completely raw and unbeatable.
When I try to switch it on again its not responding. For this I was late to my classes from the last 3 days. It has a 2 year warranty but I can hardly find a service centre.
Sadly, I got into trouble by owning it.
