I wanted to purchase a oven and after a long research I purchased this Panasonic steam oven from a digital store and I am sharing my sharing my experience about this product. The product is delivered and installed on the same day of my purchase which is good. The product works good for 15 days without any problem but after that it started giving problem. I contacted manufacturer service centre and centre and raise a complain about the product. The technician repair the product but the charges of servicing is very high. I will not recommended this product to anyone because of pathetic service provided by the manufacturer and there are better option available in the market at cheaper prices
