I was facing some problems with my nwly bought Panasonic Convection Microwave. I called their customer care. They gave me my complaint id and told me that their techies will contact me within 24 hrs. Its almost 2 months now, but still I didn’t get any call.
Guess they are using a clock they have imported from Jupiter. Such bad customer service! I guess I will never by any Panasonic product and I also wanna warn nw buyers. Don’t go for Panasonic brand. Else u wil suffer like me.
