My subject must be looking very incorrect for the well-known company like Panasonic but unfortunately it is true.
I was using a cord less Panasonic Iron since a year and was very very happy about it. However one day it suddenly stoped working. As a normal customer I searched Panasonics authorized service center and gave my Iron for repair at their service center situated at Bund Garden Road Pune. After two months of daily follow-up I got my Iron repaired. However now its steam was not working. I raised this with the authorised service center and again gave it to them for repair.
Now it is more than 4 months and I have not got my Iron. For the first two months they were either not picking phones or if luckly it get connected they simply replied that Iron is sent to head office for repair and he will call me back in 10 min confirming final date of delivery. After that when I repeatedly follow up and wrote atleast 10 emails to the customer care without any positive response from them.(They just reply that please have patience).
Now last month when I myself went to the service center I noticed that service center has permanently stoped the service and closed down the operation. Now I am sending mails to the customer care every alternative day but no one knows where my Iron is and they dont even bother to reply.
I not only lost my Iron as well as spent so much is visiting their service center which is very far from my home. Very very unsatisfied service. I do have copy of all the mails if anyone want to see.
