I have bought one super slim panasonic TV in march, 2009. after that it has developed some peoblem. The picture is not coming straight but it is tilt in one side and also after long use patches appears on the sides of picture tube.
I have lodge a complaint with the service center in Gurgaon regarding this. They sed the service person 4 times but they are not able to solve the problem. Then they said that they can not solve the problem and asked me to contact Panasonic company for this.
I had written 10 mails to them for response but to no use. So still the problem is there in my TV and no one is taking the responsibility for repairing it. Though it is under warr.enty. So please do go for Panasonic TV and they have manufacturing defects and their service is very bad.
