Pathetic Panasonic Service

I had a very bad experience with Panasonic service, I have given my television for repairs & the service engineer informed that he will get repaired with in two days, even after four days no one revert back to me with the status, I have called them after four days the executive who received my call said that she will revert back to me after half an hour but she did not revert back to me even after two days.


I have to call them back once again, the executive who received my call transferred the call to another two executives at last they told me that they have ordered for the part & my television will be delivered within 15 days, I have waited for almost twenty days but once again no one revert back to me, now its almost one month still they haven’t revert back to me.


I have decided I will never go for Panasonic Products after experiencing Pathetic Panasonic Service.
