I had purchased this TV one year back. It is worth Rs 25, 000 and had one year warranty. Within one year it worked very well and there was no issues. But soon after one year, the picture and sound quality became poor. And the TV is Full HD but the picture quality is not upto the mark. Also there is no USB port on this TV which is the major disadvantage. This TV got a spot month earlier but I ignored it thinking that it will go on its own. But after waiting for a month, the spot on the TV just increased gradually and covered the full screen. Thus it was unable to watch any picture. I called the service Centre regarding the issue but they don’t respond properly. Also there are very few service Centre of this TV in Mumbai. I had visited one with the same issue. They gave me a budget of Rs 10, 000 for repairing it which is almost half the buying price. For such a branded TV such problem can occur which can cost too much is really bad. I am totally disappointed with the performance of the TV. I suggest not to buy this TV as you will regret after buying it.
