We purchased a 42" inch LED (PANA LED 42E6D) for Rs 53700 on 13th of October Invoice No - DWK-MB-896 (Bill is with customer care. They always promise that refund/replacement will come in 2-3 days.) But its been 5 months now. It did not work from the very next day. Since then I have called customer care and numerous officials thousand times but no update on refund/replacement.
Customer care is always lying and making fake promises. Its really frustrating now. Totally unprofessional staff. All the staff are liars. Specially Aman from VOC team. Jitendra Acharya (Ph no - 8527897789), Naresh(8744911234). They always make false promise and then never pick up the call inspite of calling multiple times after that.
Panasonic is really a fraud company. Never ever buy any product of Panasonic. Pathetic customer service. All staff are such liars that they don’t even keep their promises even after giving it in writing. Advice to all the viewers. Beware of buying any product of Panasonic.
They are nothing but a fraud company whose objective is to provide bad products and worst after service.
