The tv was delivered to me by flipkart just a day after ordering it. Do wanna state that the delivery man was rude and mannerless and couldn’t even find my address without me guiding him all the way though the route. Had some trouble with the installation too. Coming to the TV now I think no TV in this range and budget beats its stunning picture quality and visuals except maybe Sony which is almost double the price. I knew I was making a right decision by choosing the amazing japanese technology brand Panasonic instead of VU which I was not really sure of. HD in this TV looks almost like 4k to my eyes.
Now coming to the product experience the TV’s display stopped working in about 15 days since I bought it. Panasonic service was fast to raise concern and an engineer was sent to check it the very same day. At that time he stated it was an issue with the main board and that its not rare and happens once every now and then. On phone next day though I was informed that the actual problem was with the display panel. And when I Requested for a product replacement my request was supported by the engineer and still after making me wait for 10 days the request was then disapproved and the only option I had was for them to replace my display panel completely. It was really a frustating experience and as it was me who supported buying the TV online so I had to take the blame for it. Even flipkart rejected my replacement claim and provided no support as their replacement policy was only valid for 10 days which is really stupid. Overall it was a miserable experience buying a TV from flipkart. Though I still admire the quality of the panasonic TV and its been working really fine since the repair.
