I had purchased a LED Television of brand Panasonic Model No.LED TH-32E5D on 15 august 2013. There were few concerns at the time of delivery itself
At first the unit was supposed to deliver to someone in Ranjeet Nagar was delivered to me. when I raised a query regarding this I was told that this was no issue and the address was for their internal purpose.
Second when the Panasonic engineer came for installation and he opened the packaging, remote of the television was missing inside, and when he checked the packaging thoroughly he told us that the seal on the packaging was not the original one (which comes from the company Itself), which concludes that the box was tampered before it was delivered to me. I immediately called up at the Croma customer care and they treated like nothing has happened and I was told that improper seal was no issue also they will arrange the remote, anyways I gave the sign-off to the Panasonic engineer that the unit was only installed and no demo happened.
When I again called the customer care regarding the remote , I was told "If you want remote, come and collect it from our showroom". I went all the way from Lodhi colony to CP to collect the remote. While I was waiting for the remote, I heard some very rude comments, two of the executive of Croma were talking "Customer ne nikal liya hoga" I felt very awkward listening to those remarks but anyhow took the remote.
Again called the engineer for demo as the same was pending, but to my dismay, the engineer which came for demo told me that the remote I was given does not belonged to the model I have purchased so there were many functions which I would be unable to use which are only possible with the original remote of the model.
I wrote a mail stating the issue to Croma, but still a instant and fruit-full resolution is awaited.
