Well I brought this product on 2010, the product is excellent no doubt about that but support team is third class.
I lost my main board due to lighting when I call their representative they said that replacement parts not produced currently and as the TV is over 5 years so I won’t get any replacement price either.
So, user who want to buy big TV from a big brands like panasonic don’t expect a good after service.
Point to mention I am giving 1 for service & support as there is not option to give 0 rating.
