I bought this television set(Panasonic Viera TH-P42V20D) for my new apartment. After considering all the television brand’s market price and their feature’s, I decided to purchase this Television set. But this decision has given me a nightmare. The quality of this television set is not up to the mark. While purchasing it from the show room, the display model was very good, and also the sales person did a very good job for convincing me. But this television does not give you that quality for what you paid for. There is no bass in the inbuilt sound system. The inbuilt buttons in the television system does not work properly. Also the television remote does not operate smoothly. Value for money is zero after buying this product. The least that company gave me is the good picture quality. But apart form the picture quality, other features are not at all up to the mark. I am Very disappointed by this purchase. I do not recommend anyone to buy this product.
