I brought this about month ago and observation so far is excellent. I never thought plasma’s are better than CRT picture quality but Panasonic TH-42PV7proved me wrong, the picture quality is fabulous, of coarse Tata sky has lot to do with it. I saw several plasma and LCD tv, by far I liked plasmas than LCD’s. LCD in particularly in some of the showrooms are terrible.
The menu interface is simple and easy. Panasonic service is average, the visiting technitian did not show much interest to explain, jut did it as a duty, took 3 min to tell the features, normally in Bangalore people will do a good job for things like this.
Comes with a wall mount at no cost. Little bit complicated product packing may be because of the nature of the product thats very delicate. Sound, contrast, picture quality is excellent. If you want to own a big 42 inch tv. Go for it.
