This AC is very nice and it is very user friendly .it keeps room cool.rBy adjusting the temperatures we can enjoy the fresh and cool air of this AC. panasonic services are also good. I hav been using dis from the last 6 years. But I had not get any single complaint. So all of u check once before u r going to take AC.all Panasonic products are very nice and their service centers are also available near to us.
