I was misguided by sales person of Pancard club and Panoramic holidays because of which I lost Rs. 10350. This sales person accepted his mistake verbally on phone , said that it is company’s policy that if customers are misguided by sales executive then they have to return money from their own salary , made repeated false promises of returning back my money which was wrongly cut by bank and till date has not returned back my money.
