Yesterday I went to Punjabi Spice restaurant that was located in Wagholi and why I went because it was very nearby to my home. my first impression was that, this restaurant was really good because I heard it from my friend but when I reached there, I found it was really worst place because when I entered into the hotel restaurant, the staff even did not bother for new customer and they should be shown to place where they can sit. I spent around 5 to 10 minutes just for searching the table.
When I asked for the menu and I was trying to search out some food items into that. I was shocked that the food item was not available in the hotel but it was available or mention in their menu. so they keep saying that sir the food item is not at this moment. so my question is that if the menu item is not there in the hotel then why the hell they have a food item mentioned in their menu. this is just wasting of the time of the customer.
Not the least the price of the food items in the hotel was really very expensive and my Expectations was not that much. however, we ordered only for a few items and we just came out from that Hotel. my first and last experience with this hotel is just bad one and I do not suggest any one to go there.
