Dear pantaloonyour way of maintaining your loyal customers and your promotions are really silly, I would say.If these promotions are to make your green card members happy and attract them for shopping, why all this fuss of carrying a print out or showing the sms?
Not everyone remembers to take a print or carry the mobile or sometimes number gets changed and is not updated in your systems. we do know there are some additional offers on fridays, over and above the five percent discount which you generally offer for green members like 10 percent discount.
This means you are encouraging the customers to come and shop but you want to save the other additional offer of 5 percent if customers do not bring the print out or show sms. How cheap!! and your staff are so stiff , it irates the customers more, Please tell me after your mail n sms, how many of your customers really come and shop? maybe 10 percent or 20.
So, cant you make them happy? ensure they keep coming again and again to you and encourage others to come too? and if it is for security reasons of misusing the card, you can always ask for an identity. I was shocked to find this attitude today at your store at shipra mall. when I went for shopping, your customer desk officer flatly refused for the discount without the sms and email. how absurd! do you think every customer carry a laptop? the card should be enough as a proof and you should be obliged to please your customers when they come for shopping.
Sorry to say but the services of Shoppers stop is far far ahead of you guys and you have a long way to go with that mental set up of yours. you should go and see the discipline and politeness of their staff and how they treat their customer with special care. that is the reason why they have the highest number of loyal customers.- Show quoted text -
