Worst customtakeouter service @ pantaloons Spencersplaza Chennai. The staffs are having worst attitude customtakeouter and are very rude. I wonder how they put such idiots at the helpdesk.
I had a valid gift voucher but they refused to take them, the reason they say is that they wont accept their own gift vouchers during sale period.
But it was not mentioned anywhere in the voucher or in their promotional letter. I never go to pantaloons outlet anywhere here afterwards.
They sell worst quality products as well with exorbitant price. Westside is far better. I had thrown the green card on their face and tore the gift voucher and came back. Consumers please beware of this place.
