My order was unsuccessful

My order was unsuccessful and the payment status is shown as unsuccessful on the order page. But the amount was debited from my bank account.


So, I sent an email to customer service detailing the problem. But they reply and repeat the same thing over and over, as if a reputable team would contact you.


But, almost completed 45 days. I have not received a refund for the amount discovered. But this is a very long time, because banks also work in this situation.
