Due to heavy marketing in all the papers I decided to go n check Pantaloons sale in Andheri west outlet opp fame adlabs, The sales represantative’s are all so lazy n uninformed about the products seems like they were sleep walking.Half of the stocks they don’t have as its finished.only after 2days of the sale.
Anyways we went to the 1floor after being very rudely by the staff not to take the bag of clothes up but to keep it aside, the 1 floor clothes were horrible but we decided to buy a belt n to my amazement I was asked by the manager if I was carrying my own bag since they CHARGE RS 2/- N 7/- for plastic bags.i was sooo shocked who carries bags for shopping n that 2 in the monsoons, i was told very rudely all the shops now do this which I have not seen since I shop a lot.
Same story happened downstairs after hunting for my bag which I was told not to take upstairs as I fi wud run away.I was charged 7/-rs for the bag.U decided to go for a lesser price range of shirt n the difference amt was 120/-rs which I said to pay back.I was again refused n told very rudely by the cashier that it was not possible.
I have had similar experiences n the staff generally gives back the diff amt in cash, If they dint have this policy rudeness was not required they cud have been polite n told me, because of this attitude n behavior I wud never go tot heir outlet n advice people family n pals
never to go there!
Hope we all stop this bully attitude of these shops/stores/malls etc!
