I am very sad to share that Pantaloons has fallen badly in terms of online sales. Few days back I had experienced that even my order delivery was not attempted incorrect feedback was provided by the delivery person stating Door locked.
Few days later when I received the product it was damaged and also without tag. When raised a return request I was asked to wait for 3 working days which I did still incorrect feedback was uploaded by pickup executive as Door Locked. Even though I had cancelled all my reservations and had waited for 3 working days.
When escalated the issue to customer care I was asked to wait for another 7 working days stating they cannot take any action against delivery executive.
I had been shopping from Pantaloons from past 12 years and am really disheartened to mention that Pantaloons has depreciated in services. I will have to bear the brunt of being a loyal shopper at Pantaloons and even if the pickup is not made I will have to bear the cost of the product which cannotbe used.
Would really want to alert the readers to please resort to other options when you think of buying from Pantaloons as they have really lost all the parameters of quality service and product.
