I’ve been using the Pantene classic shampoo happily for some time now. I recently purchase a new bottle which says "New Design" on it, the shape of the bottle has changed but so it seems has the product in side, although it doesn’t say so on the outside. I’ve used it 3 times now and each time after drying my hair it leaves it feeling sticky and looking like it needs washed!.
I’m going to contact Pantene customer services about this. I’d be interested to hear if anyone else has experienced this.
