I am one of those people not remotely interested in fashion and beauty products and grab any brand of shampoo off the supermarket shelf when I’m running short.
I have pretty normal hair and am luckily not one of those people who are classified as having ’’sensitive scalps’’. I noticed nothing amiss for all of 3 days when I first started using this product but oh lord, from day 3 my hair went lank and greasy, was impossible to style in any fashion and by day 5 my scalp erupted with irritating and itchy sores. I was going to the hairdressers for my annual trim and she thought I had been involved in some accident by the swollen and sorry appearance of my scalp. When I told her that I had just switched shampoos and she discovered which one, she was not overly surprised and informed me that this particular range was responsible for multiple problems ranging from mild itching and discomfort to full blown sores and allergic reaction. She also stated that many of the dual purpose shampoo and conditioner in one products are abrasive and harsh and should not be used frequently.
I would never touch this product again - thank God, it didn’t coincide with any colourant treatment that I often use - I would probably have been seeking medical treatment. Use this product with caution and if any reaction occurs, discontinue using immediately
