So we went to this Papa Johns in Powai. Good things first, i really did like the pizza, the bread was pretty good and the breadsticks were something different so it was all good.
Then comes the rather horrible thing they did. I remember going there earlier and I remember getting this special sauce for free(don remember wat its called now, it was yellow in colour), so I asked the guy for it and he was like, uhm no its not there, i very clearly remember getting it so I looked for it in the menu and showed it to him and he was like its not in stock.
So basically he was lying earlier, something I really disapprove, why didn he tell me earlier that it was out of stock?The worst is yet to come however, i noticed tat ten mins later the people sitting at the next table got it, without jumping to any conclusions I called the guy and told him I wanted tat sauce, he was like sir I told u its out of stock, obv I was like we were here before them so how come it wasn there earlier and it now is, he’s like they talked to the manager abt it.i was like WAT?
Ur telling me tat I need to talk to the manager to get this sauce?the manager then came over with the sauce, and I asked him if it wasn "out of stock" or watever y did u tell me so?his first reaction was, sir now tat u have the sauce how can u complain?talk abt adding fuel to fire rite?so I told him, we’ve been lied to and u wanna kno wats wrong?he jus cudn comprehend wat we were complaining abt.Needless to say im never going to Papa Johns outlet in Powai again.
