This movie Papanasam is a remake of malayalam Jeethu Joseph movie Dhrishyam.It is a good family thriller in which the man of the house takes the responsibility of murder which was done by his daughter.Papanasam is a pretty good movie but I feel Dhrishyam is more realistic when compared to this.The scene in the police station is very violent were they could have reduced some.
Other than that Kamal as usual played a variety with his language, I dint like Gautami much and the kids were good.As a whole people will love this version if they haven’t seen Dhrishyam.
