I have tried a lot of measures to check hair fall. I tried all sorts of oils including Kayyanyadi keram, Some product from Delhi which smelt gorgeous like incense, Pantene, Dove shampoo & conditioner, topical medicine for male pattern baldness Minoxidil, (Mintop)(it only gave me facial hair) a hair piece from GulfGate (it looked gorgeous but the clip caused fraction hair loss) and another medicinal oil called Dhathri which was costly but had virtually no effect at all.
I also had a homeopathy tonic. None of these helped me though one medicine called Keo Karpin Hair Vitalizer which also smelt odd and had Keratin and Vitamin K did make my scalp feel cool and nice and less itchy. I use bore-well water that leaves white crystals when it evaporates and washing hair in it makes head a bit itchy at times.
Now I have started using Parachute therapy. It costs only Rs. 99 per bottle of 100 ml here. I hate the smell especially when I wake up. But I think it does reduce hair fall. I had started using it only about 3 days back and used it every night since. I intend to use it daily for a month and then thrice a week.
Dove, Sun silk etc say hair fall solution and in small letters write hair fall due to breakage, etc. Parachute hair vitalizer speaks of root healing and this is what I want. Keo Karpin also does the same but Parachute, being oil based, gives the hair a glossy look also. But my hair being thin with Xmas Tree bald pattern around my central parting, oiliness makes it more visible. But I hope it would improve after some days of usage with less hair fall. Now fallen hair covers my blouse, and rolls about on the white vitrified tiles floor of my bed room and I have to chase it around and trash it. I will post a detailed review after 45 days.
It is the reputation of Parachute and the sumptuous smell of pure Coconut oil of the brand that makes me trust them
