I have been to Paradise & I came to know about this restaurant from my friends/word of mouth. But a word of caution Biryani is not principally for Vegetarians & Real Biryani is Non Veg only. So dont expect a lot & probably you will enjoy the food.
Caution: They dont have a separate kitchen for Veg & Non-Veg preparations. But well as they say in Hyderabad that If you want to eat Biryani, it has to be Paradise.
Food: Its Good to describe in one word. I ordered some Paneer butter Masala, Dal Fry & of course the famed Biryani (Veg). Overall the food is tasty but somehow I was carrying too much of expectations. In fact, I was literally expecting to have a "divine experience" of Biryani. So the final product was bit short on expectations but nevertheless good. Finally for Dessert, we had Khubani ka Meetha which was too sweet. The waiter sensing our reaction promptly brought us Vanilla ice creme to somewhat subdue the sweetness.
Service: Good Service. Impressive considering the crowd they handle
Waiting Time: Atleast half an hour. We reached at 3.30 PM on a Sunday afternoon, got a table at 4.15 & finished our lunch by 5.45 & still saw people entering.
Price: A typical Veg lunch/dinner for 2 persons costs around 500-600.
Lessons Learnt:
Never keep high expectations & probably you will enjoy more.
Some items which are principally Non-Veg preparation dont tastes that good with their Vegetarian substitutes. Biryani is best example for this.
Overall Verdict: Best for Non Vegetarians & may be just OK for Vegetarians (considering one dont have much issue of separate kitchen)
