Jan 14th 2006, elated to the heaven I was @ Abirami complex having the tckets for ’PARAMASIVAN’ first day and first show. What else will make a die hard ajith fan happy? But I returned from the theatre totally creat fallen. Its again a flop from ajith. This time a mega flop. God please tell ajioth that potential and hardwork is not everything. What you need is that mastermind which understands the pulse of the audience and that effective planning. How can somebody just sign a movie, just because the diesctors’ previous movie was a Hit? How did ajith trust a yesteryear director P Vasu for making a flim? Who asked ajith to sign a movie like PARAMASIVAN when he has two precious projects GODFATHER and THIRUPATHY in hands? Ho can a director take a charismatic star like ajith just for granted? I can ask all the How, what, why, who questions, but this will not be answered by anybody. Not even by Ajith. When Ajith reduced his weight the entire TN looked at him. If I was in his position I would have waited for thirupathy to commence or will complete Godfather. But the great thala much to everybody’s surprise signed Paramasivan. Ask SJ Surya, KS Ravikumar, Charan, Murugadoss they know the art of making a ajith movie. The movie should be hero centric, there should be more scope for ajith to perform. Not like paramasivan where ajith lookls like a scape goat. I would strongly recommend All ajith fans to stay away from this project. Jus assume that this movie never came on screen. If you see this movie you will start hating ajith. On the better side Saravana was a surprise a movie (Can turn out to be a dark horse in pongal race), and the director is KS Ravikumar who is making Godfather. I only hope Ravikumar give the much required hit to Ajith. The trailer of Godfather is already rocking. Ajith fans don’t loose hope.
