The main reason why people would call to office is to get their queries resolved without visiting the branch. But this Paramount people never attend any call.
I called many times but they did not pick and obviously I have to visit the branch.
Even in the branch also, I didn’t find a single Employee who is good. All the Employees are unprofessional and talk to Customers in rude language.
They would say number of reasons and do not approve the Claim. Even if they approve, we are not sure when we are going to get the money. It may take months to years as well.
They don’t pay salaries to Employees on time.
Forget about Job Security as no Employee would want to work there because of unprofessional work environment.
I have seen many of the Customers who are fighting with Paramount people to get the Claims approved.
Better please do not opt for any Insurance and I would suggest you to for Medi-Assit which is very much better.
