This is a very fraud and unprofessional family run firm from karol bagh region in delhi, I as a tourist had a worse experience with them .the MD of the firm MS Sapna Jain’s commitments are all false, I have never seen such an unprofessional and rude behavior from a MD of a firm.
also some of the above views(in favoring of the services of the firm)are in relations and employers with fakenames of this company.
how can they play with the feelings of thier own source of bread and butter . I my self a hotel manager in delhi/ncr, whose not advise anyone to switch them for a memorable tour .
