I have a new online business with a need to send COD deliveries to customers. I tied up with Parcelled.in as there was no hassle to become it’s partner and their COD charges were lesser. I got it’s information through google Ad. Also, as the company is in Bangalore only. Rest assured I thought there won’t be any issues dealing with them. All the regular deliveries reached customer with little bit delay, but my COD deliveries are not returned when customer didn’t accept to keep the order with them.
Good that my business is just growing, I have done only few COD deliveries through them. I got the email from Parcelled that they are going through difficult times, so the delay. I have asked them to return the parcel atleast as they are doing this delivery through their delivery partner delhivery. Since past 2 weeks I am following up with them with no result.
One of my COD amount of 2143/- also waiting with them. Meanwhile they have sent me invoice for delivery charges of my deliveries, I have not paid yet, because I am not sure if it guarantees that I will get my products back.Their toll free number is also not working: 1800 3002 8345. I have given them enough time to get back to me. I don’t know what to do, please suggest.
