As one watches the promos of the still to be released film Parineeta , I just have only one wad to say and that the film certainly looks refreshing.
Adopted from the novel by Sarath Chandra Chattopadhyaya’s this film looks more promising in terms of star cast and extensively shot sequences with some refreshing music and I must admit that the music is really soothing to the ears. Thanks to Mr. Shantanu Moitra who has composed the numbers. Though I was very much impressed with his composition in Hazaaron Khwayeeshein aise (though the movie was fabulous) but this time around his work is a real treat to the ears.
Vidhu Vinod Chopra comes back after the mega success of his last release (Munnabhai MBBS).
Star Cast
This movie has some big names such as Sanjay Dutt in a pivotal role and our very own Saif Ali Khan along with Raima Sen and introduces a new and a pretty face Vidya balan. Former Ms. Asia Pacific Dia Mirza makes a special appearance in the movie and she looks good as always.
Major attraction
Well, the major attraction will be the toy train of the song i>Mere Sapno Ki Rani featured in the movie Aradhana. The movie features Saif ali khan being shot in one of his frames in that very same train.
Shot extensively in Darjeeling and Kolkatta and the film is uderoing the finish touches and will be releasing next month.
The picture basically talks of the perception of love and commitment from the eyes of a man and a woman. Ace filmmaker Pradeep Sarkar makes his directorial debut in this film and the ideas have been pegged in by Vidhu himself.
