I truly believe that first 10 reviewers are paid to write whatever they have written in their review. I have been there.
1) Unnecessary visits of doctors and specially visit of doctor Gupta which will be for max 10 sec and every visit will be charged from patient.
2) Bouncers for special treatment after actual treatment.
3)I had noted medicines issued to me and during final billing when I compared I found They have charged me extra for medicines which were not given to me and amount was 4795, may be I was having medi claim card, because of which they thought it is not from my pocket then why not charge extra.
4) The moment anybody visit, they will try to convince for admission.
5) Doctor’s knowledge is poor, as I have few doctors in my family, when I shown reports, they confirmed it was viral and hospital has given treatment for all dengue, malaria, viral and has done echo, x ray and lot of other irrelevant tests.
6) No housekeeping and attitude was very bad when floor manager was asked to provide clean bedsheet.
7) after treatment when I requested for discharged, I was not allowed for one more day. I asked them to submit ill to TPA so that formalities can be done, but they did it after 7 PM when office of TPA was closed and they succeeded to keep me there for one more day and earning 20K extra.
I request visitors and patients to update genuine review, It is matter of someone’s life. No one has right to play with it. Request everyone not to update review for money or any other benefit.
I am writing this review on my personal experience, experience of my colleagues, neighbors and after discussion with relatives of patients.
