While the hotel has a good ambience and infrastructure , it thoroughly fails in the aspect of taste and service.
We had a graduation party set up for a bunch of seniors and they had planned to give us food as their treat and went there on the last saturday.
First problem : the waiter came to take the order after 10-15 mins. The period was very frustrating as a customer.
Time lag: the food came in after a whoping half an hour but that is adjustable because most of the high quality ahops take that. But what pussed us off was that the waiter had taken down the wrong dishes ( 2 of them) and so we had to wait for another 20 mins. This period was really getting on our nerves.
The taste of the food is nothing extra ordinary, but it is not distasteful. The garnish was really elegant.
The economy of the food items is also very attractive.
Overall , if the service system was made more efficient with a gentle focus on the taste aspect too , you ll get a really good restaurant.
