I remember eating a lot of poppins candies in childhood since it is very cheap and easily available. Then I again started to eat this candy while in coaching classes to keep myself awake in classes. The packaging has changed and the qulaity too. when I ate this candy, mine and my friends mouth felt irritated and started to bleed. I got small pieces of glass like substance from my tongue which was not chewable. It was very hard and I still don’t know what it was. it raises my suspicion on how these candies are made. what are the ingredients apart from sugar, colour and flavour.
From that day, I stopped eating poppins and my trust is gone.
