I approached Partha dental for my teeth implant. All went well till the treatment suddenly changed.
They suggested Bajaj Finserv is the loan partner for treatment at 0% interest.
I went with loan for my Dental treatment at Partha Dental Bellandur amounting to 62000 Rs with loan account no: 404LCF61792632 for 8 EMI each amounting to 7750.
The Partha Dental Bellandur branch suddenly changed the treatment plan exactly on implant day 26th Nov 2017 and my cost of treatment reduced to 42000 Rs.
My treating doctor(Dr Iman) assured me that the loan amount will be reduced to 42000 Rs.(request letter attached) as they will refund 20000 rs to Bajaj finserv and they will handle each and everything from their end. I need not to worry.
Today is 24th Jan 2018, yet my issue is not resolved. The simple answer I am getting is, the loan guys are not responding to their calls as well and they can’t do more than that.
I am emotionally and mentally drained due to this issue.
