I went through ortho treatment (braces or clips) at himayatnagar branch. I had to take visit doctor every 1st saturday or sunday. "no other days he is available as he was on contract". I had paid 15k initially and was asked to a min of rs.500 every month or they were fine even if i don’t have to pay anything it will do. But should pay the complete amount till my last sitting.
I never noticed the amount of money i pay every month will reflect my treatment. Once i paid 5k teeth are pulled closer the very next month i forgot my card and told them i will pay next month. The treatment did not move a bit. :(. He simply told me you can visit next month. If a doctor ask us to follow some procedure there will be another doctor ready to contradict and he starts making fun of the other doctors. After all this crap i still have gaps between my teeth( for which i took the treatment). Its simply waste of one and half year time and rs40, 000/-.
The doctor who treated me was on contract. Looks like his contract is completed and now no one is ready take up my case with out full payment. Keeping financial matter aside i dont want to waste another year with this worst hospital. And the worst part is they keep taking to patients in medical terminology. What can we understand.
Their advertisements speak many lies but you will only come to know the facts once the treatment is started. Its fraud clinic run by unskilled, unethical, unprofessional people so call dentists who are very badly mad about money. They say that they are growing but yes they are growing eating our money and time.
I really have no idea about other branches, but the worst branch is himayatnagar/liberty one. And one more thing they are ready to give you a fake claim to submit to your company for any cosmetic surgery. We will be in soup if something goes wrong. They are simply frauds.
Friends my suggestion is please dont fall in the trap of these frauds. I am extremely unhappy with the kind of treatment. And the rest is in your hands. After all its your time and money.
