I too thought parveen travels offered good services. But recent experiences shivered me off. The bus is compulsorily late on all times. I think they follow this policy very strictly. kudos to them. What do they think of the value of time? nothing. They are simply interested in money.
Yesterday I was waiting in a boarding point -tiruvanmiyur for chennai to mayiladuthurai bus of parveen travels. yes, I am still waiting. I was all the time told that the bus will come, will come .... will come. It was supposed to come at 10 45 pm. I waited till 1 15 am (midnight).
The travel agent still says it will come.... whats happening? The truth is the bus left in a different name called Reliance !!!! Maybe its known for common commuters. but what about people who travel rarely. How do we know that they send some other bus and expect us to board in it without knowing where it is going to?
And to add to it there is no courtesy for the conductor to even announce about the bus when it supposedly arrived. it was simply horrible to stand all night long. please avoid parveen travels at all cost.
