I have been trying to get an appointment since almost more than 105 days but before u could get a slot its already booked with a message to retry again on a date which is again allotted .It is not feasible that everybody has a access to Internet throughout the day for months to get an appointment and without a appointment you cant get into a PSK Office even to convey our grievance .
Regional PP offices easily advise all to visit PSK’s and they cannot help in any regards and you have no access to PSK without a valid appointment date and time which is never available . wonder how Government allowed such a disaster where nobody can express their complaints .Time is wasted .. Lots of Patience and Leaves required to get a small thing done .. The Happy reviews would be from TCS I think as nothing is that great experience..
