Went to the Pune center on 29th for reissue of my passport due to expire . Surprised by the efficiency . The TCS staff is simply super. Cant say the same of the passport officers at the Granting counter. They are highly computer handicapped and very rude. The APO I went to was very rude and if my documents were not in order.
I am sure he would have rejected it. Anyway, he put me up for police verification (post). Lets see how it goes.
But overall a good experience.
