PSK is doing good service if all the documents are in proper. The customer care is giving misleading information.
When I asked for minor’s passport documention, customer care informed that only either parent’s passport with spouse name endorsed is required for application for my daughter. But at PSK they refused to take application form without both parents passport in ORIGINAL. We can walk in with minor at PSKs.
After submission of all these documents 5th day we got the passport without police verification.
