I booked appointment last month and visited y’day PSK, Lalbagh, Bengaluru for my wife, whose passport was expired in 5 yrs back, and now thought lets do it again as we will have some document.Let me write the review.
1) Booking the appointment at PSK, lalbagh, Bengaluru, very fast nice, smooth. was very impressed as I have done manual process 19 yrs back, literally I ran from ground floor to 1st floor to stood in queue first.but this time very nice process to book appointment and go .
2) We reached on time at PSK and my wife entered inside building, they did not allowed me as she was applicant.
3) Within 1 hr she finished her biomatric/doc verification/name change.etc. at counter A and after that she has to visit countersB and C before exiting the office.
4) for visiting counter B it took around 4.5 hrs and she has spent only 5 min at counter B and then at counter C again 5 min so 4.5 hrs is utter bogus.
